Payment Policy
Aolani Hawaii accepts payments through major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal e-checks, Amazon payments & Apple Pay.
All orders will begin only after payment has cleared. Please note that payments sent by Paypal e-checks may take up to a week to clear.
Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping in the US, Orders are processed and shipped 2-3 business days from the time of receiving your orders. Total delivery time(for the package to arrive at your door) would be process time(2-3 business days) + shipping time.
Some Jewelry such as Hawaiian Jewelry Gold and Silver Rings will require an additional 1 to 3 business day for processing. 5 business days for Platinum Rings. Since they are handmade and enters production after we received your order.
Apparel (T-shirts, Hats, bags & etc.) are printed on demand. Which means we won't start production until order is received. It can take up to 6 - 9 business days during heavy production or busy season time.

For domestic orders, all delivery times are provided by the carriers and are only approximation (Except USPS Express 2 Day and Fedex 2 Day), delays might happen beyond our hands and the carriers'. We recommend Fedex 2 Day service if package is time sensitive, as they have better track record in delivering on time, also their tracking system is more real time and robust.

With international shipping, custom and duty inspection might prolong the delivery time, and with multiple delivery parties involved(in the case of USPS, the US Postal Service in the US and your post office in your country, or whoever the US Postal Office chose to partner with in your country), all delivery times are provided by the carriers and are only approximation, delays might happen beyond our hands and the carriers'. Exchange Policy
We fully understand finding the perfect comfy ring size is difficult while purchasing online and without trying the ring on. We want to take that worry away from you and make sure you are happy with your purchase from Aolani Hawaii, hence we offer a 30 Day Exchange Policy.
If you need to exchange the ring for a different size after receiving and trying it on, please contact us at aloha@aolanihawaii.com to start the request. Please provide your order number in the email, so we can lookup your order and reply to you promptly. We guarantee and promise to respond to your request within 24 hours.
In addition we also offer FREE return shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii for your exchanges within the United States. Simple and easy to follow instructions will be provided to you after we confirmed your exchange request.
While we waived the shipping cost for the first exchange, if multiple exchanges are needed, due to the customer not knowing the correct size from the start, in order to get the ring to the right fit. The customers are responsible for all the shipping from the first exchange on.
International customers will need to purchase a return shipping label which we will provided once the exchange request has been submitted and confirmed.
All tungsten, titanium, stainless, ceramic and hard metal rings can't be physically resized, therefore you'll be sent a new ring with the exchange.
Re-sizing service can be done for solid silver and gold rings. The re-sizing can only be performed when physically possible, usually a silver and gold ring can be resized up and down half size. If we need to cut open or add more gold/silver to the ring, extra labor and material fee will incur.
It's very important that you make sure your ring size is correct before making order of any silver and gold rings.
**For all customized products(including but not limited to engraving, on demand printed apparels and accessories and etc.) products, all sales are final, we cannot offer return, refund, exchange, or store credits on those.
All exchanged item(s) will be inspected, only item(s) in unworn, brand new, resell-able condition and in its original form can qualify for return or exchange. Any modification and or resizing done will not be accepted for return, refund and exchange.
You can send the exchange item(s) back to us with any courier and method of shipment you choose, Aolani Hawaii will not be responsible with any lost or damage during the shipping process. Shipping costs and insurance fees are not reimbursable.
We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any exchanges in the rare case where a customer takes advantage or abusing this policy. If we feel this is the case, we will contact the customer prior to accepting the order.
Return Policy
If you are truly not happy with your purchase, and we highly doubt that'll happen,
we offer a 15 Days Return Policy , so you can purchase with confidence.
- All item(s) purchased from Aolani Hawaii can be returned except for engraved items and custom ordered items. Returns or exchanges is not allowed on customized jewelry, special order, and engraved items.
- 20% restocking fee on any returned silver, gold and platinum products*. 15% on all other products.
If you need to return a purchased item(s), please contact us at aloha@aolanihawaii.com to start the request. Please provide your order number in the email, so we can lookup your order and reply to you promptly. We guarantee and promise to respond to your request within 24 hours.
Your refund will be issued once we received your returned item(s), and determined your return is qualified for a refund. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase, and will take about 10 business days to appear in your account.
If the item came with a jewelry tag, it must be returned with the jewelry tag still attached to the item. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.
We do, however, reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in the rare case where a customer takes advantage of this policy by ordering numerous items for the purposes of comparison or sizing. *Due to the high cost of precious metals(Gold/Silver/Platinum) and the nature of them being made to order, this fee may also applies to handmade silver, gold and platinum products. If we feel this is the case, we will contact the customer prior to accepting the order.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
